Phones connected on a Windows PC require USB drivers. For some major brands Swopey already provides these drivers. You will notice this after attaching your device with the use of your USB cable. In the scenario where we are not yet able to provide you with the correct drivers you need to download and install these USB drivers yourself. Often you can find these drivers by visiting the support page on the website of the phone manufacturer.
Still not working out? Please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you.
